The world is more convinient with the help of a new generation of computers, also known as Persocons. They appear in many forms, and the more popular ones take the form of humans. However they are costly and our main character here, Motosuwa Hideki, longs for one but he could not afford it. By chance, he saw a persocon (female form) in the rubbish dump. She was wrapped tightly with a plastic strap that makes her look like a mummy. He couldn't believe his luck! "Finders Keepers", so he decided to bring her home. However, he didn't notice something dropping out from the persocon. It appears to a diskette of some kind
Chobits is by CLAMP... they're all women and there are four.
